Dawn Goodson
Dawn was encouraged to paint on the paper-lined nursery wall from age four. Studied and taught 'A' level Art, in all media, in Private and State schools and Adult Education Centres.
Dawn was recently selected as a contestant in Sky Arts Landscape Artist of the Year 2023, where she competed alongside seven others at Royal Ascot. In addition, she entered as a ‘Wild Card’ in two previous years’ contests.
Dawn has exhibited and sold in the Mall Gallery, London; Australia; Belgium; Germany; Pakistan. Solo Exhibitions in Kent and Dorset. Commissioned and designed First Day Covers; magazine cover; pottery and silver plate trophy designs; murals for restaurant; scenery for theatre productions. Portraiture of children; adults; all animals; sea and landscapes; personalised Christmas cards.
