Lesley Fuller
Over 40 years ago I joined the BAS and am proud to have been awarded Life Membership. The Society has been a delight and inspiration, supplying the opportunity to experiment and learn from the generosity and talent of other members and the wide selection of workshops with professional artists and teachers. I was fortunate to have two years participating in Flexi Study with John Bowen at Poole College and evening classes in Life Drawing with Sam Rabin. I have enjoyed painting en plain air, portraits and still life, using a variety of mediums. Of recent years I concentrated on watercolour and inks.
I have exhibited locally and in London at the Mall Galleries and Westminster Hall Galleries. I have two paintings in the permanent collection of Travel Posters in the House of Lords administrative building which were exhibited in the Royal Gallery in Westminster Palace - an unexpected achievement.
